infoDev is a World Bank Group multi-donor program that supports entrepreneurs in developing economies. We oversee a global network of business incubators and innovation hubs for climate technology, agribusiness, and digital entrepreneurs. We also publish educational resources on topics like crowdfunding, angel investing, and business incubator management. infoDev was founded as an ICT-for-development research leader in 1995. Our ambitious agenda is made possible thanks to generous support by bilateral donors and private sector partners. Stockholm Challenge rewards projects that use ICT to help improve the life in disadvantaged parts of the world. With a 15-year track record, from 1994 to 2010, and more than 5000 participating projects, Stockholm Challenge is the forum to find new business ideas and connect with promising entrepreneurs. Almost 900 projects are entered this time, from 107 countries. Together they form a stunningly innovative set of examples of many ICT uses showing impact and significance for the users,the society and the environment. 67 happy finalists meet up in the City Hall for the celebrations in May. The Asia-pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (APRACA) is a Non-government international organization composed mainly of central banks, agricultural banks, development banks, commercial banks, apex organizations and federations of financial institutions, rural development institutions, institutes and non-government institutions in the Asia Pacific region involved directly in agricultural credit and rural development. APRACA was established in 1977 on the occasion of its First General Assembly held in New Delhi, India. Its main goal is to alleviate poverty in the Asia Pacific Region through rural and agricultural finance by facilitating cooperation as well as exchange of information and expertise among its member institutions. Its headquarters is in Bangkok, Thailand. – Landbank of the Philippines E-commerce for Farmers program is endorsed by APRACA as the model of to its other members banks in the Asia- Pacific region and further endorses as a strategic partner.

The TOYM Award widely recognized as the country’s most prestigious award for young men & women under 40 years of age, whose selfless dedication to their field resulted to significant contributions to the country and our countrymen.
