Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). The partnership with the Philippines’ Central Bank allows PHILPaCS to transfer funds online within participating banks virtually in real time. The capability to transfer funds interbank allows PHILPaCS to pull money from any capable banks (universal, commercial, thrift, savings, or even rural banks) and transfer to designated merchants, government units, and individuals. The fund transfer can be used to pay bills & products (merchants), pay government obligations (real property tax, business permits, government fees) and both foreign and domestic remittances (individuals).

The Department of Agriculture, through the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Service (AMAS) has been conducting an E-Commerce for Farmers information roadshow in key cities nationwide wherein it informs Filipino farmers the benefits of the internet as a tool to access relevant market information on agriculture and as a marketing tool to expand to new markets.

The Department of Trade and Industry, through the Bureau of Domestic Trade Promotion (BDTP) is responsible to conceptualize, implement, evaluate and monitor plans and programs directed at: promoting and developing domestic trade, particularly in the area of efficiency, fairness and balance in the distribution of products and services. It is also mandated to strengthen the domestic base in support of exports creating awareness of domestic marketing opportunities for new projects, new technologies and investments.
